Polo Cultural plays a fundamental role in the production of artistic shows, sharing its valuable know-how with teachers and art educators throughout the project process Our process goes through every detail of the production of the shows, from the search for captivating stories to the selection of fabrics, costumes, sets, make-up, sound and lighting. The art educators are fully engaged in the project, visiting the venues and learning to deal with the particularities of each environment and audience. Furthermore, this collaboration extends to coordination with other teachers, fostering teamwork, connections with local authorities, principals and the community. This process involves a complex network of professionals, from costume designers to set designers, seamstresses and luthiers, culminating in a show that impacts the entire school, teachers, parents and friends.

On this front, O Palco is one of the Polo Cultural's most successful educational projects. The project uses the arts to enrich the education of children and young people in public schools through performing arts and music workshops, training participants throughout the school year and culminating in a final show. Divided into five stages, the project involves choosing the school, training art educators, developing talent, aesthetic interactions with professional artists and creating and performing the show. Recognized by the Municipal Department of Culture, Polo Cultural has achieved success through its cultural promotion at CEU Jaçanã and has already held editions of the project several times, both in the city of São Paulo and in municipalities in the interior of the state.

The "O Palco" (The Stage) project is an initiative of the Polo Cultural that works directly with public primary and secondary schools. With more than 10,000 children and teenagers already benefiting, the project offers free workshops in the performing arts and music, culminating in the presentation of shows at the end of the process. The project consists of five stages involving structuring actions, community action, talent development, aesthetic interaction and the production of the show. The initiative not only promotes artistic training, but also creates formal employment opportunities for young people and strengthens the bond between the community and the project.
In addition, Polo Cultural is expanding its activities in 2024 with a documentary web series that explores the implementation of the project in São Paulo schools, addressing educational challenges and highlighting the impact of art on students' self-esteem and belonging, as well as the creative processes behind the performing arts.
